Processing & Shipping Times
Each Malai order is packed with care. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing before dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4PM on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

All orders are shipped from La Union, Philippines.
Shipping Fees (Philippines)
We offer a flat shipping rate based on your region—no need to calculate weight or worry about volume:

₱150 – Visayas

₱180 – Mindanao
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and your parcel will be delivered by a trusted local courier with tracking provided.
If you prefer to settle the shipping fee via Cash on Delivery, please email us at woven@malailifestyle.com after placing your order, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Lost/Damaged Items
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Once your parcel is marked delivered by the courier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. That said, if something feels off please reach out. We’re here to help.
If your parcel arrives in damaged condition, email us within 24 hours of delivery at woven@malailifestyle.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Information
Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
