Returns & Exchanges

We understand — sometimes a piece doesn’t feel quite right.

At Malai, we want every item to feel like a second skin, not a second guess. If your order isn’t what you hoped for, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition and packaging
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

We do not cover return shipping at the moment, as we’re a small-batch brand still growing. But we’ll walk you through every step with care.
